What We Offer

Solar & Energy

Your solar system should be working hard for you — we make sure it is, and we tell you when it isn't.

Solar panels for off-grid energy on a rural finca

Getting More From Your Solar Panels

Many fincas have solar panels that were installed years ago and haven't been looked at since. We check how they're mounted, whether the angle is right for the Spanish sun, if anything is causing shading losses, and whether the wiring is still in good shape. There's often easy improvement available — and we'll tell you honestly if there isn't.

Better Batteries That You Can Actually Monitor

If your finca runs on an older battery bank, a modern lithium upgrade makes a significant difference — more usable capacity, longer lifespan, and much better performance in the Spanish heat. We install Victron systems, which let you check your battery level, power output, and system health from your phone at any time.

Smart Lighting and Water Shut-Off

Outdoor and landscape lighting that comes on automatically at dusk or when someone moves nearby. And for peace of mind when you're away: small sensors at your water supply points that automatically shut off the water if a leak is detected — stopping a small drip from turning into a flooded property.

Energy FAQs

Can you expand my existing solar system?
Yes. We check your current setup first — panels, batteries, wiring — and tell you honestly what's possible and what it would cost. Any grid-side electrical work is done through our certified local electrician partners.
How quickly does a battery upgrade pay for itself?
It varies, but many clients see payback within 4–6 years through lower grid bills and avoiding expensive battery replacements further down the line.
Can you keep an eye on my energy system remotely?
Yes. We set up monitoring so both you and we can see your system's output, battery level, and any alerts — at any time, from anywhere.
Do I need planning permission for solar panels in Spain?
For most home installations up to 10kWp, a simplified notification is all that's required rather than full planning permission. We'll guide you through what applies to your specific situation.
