What is Finca Care?

Finca Care is an ongoing maintenance and monitoring service — not a requirement for any installation work. We install systems as a standalone job: networks, security, automation, solar. If you'd rather manage things yourself after that, no subscription needed. Finca Care is for owners who want us to keep an eye on everything all year round.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. All three plans are rolling monthly subscriptions with no minimum term. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
What area do you cover for on-site visits?
We're based in Almansa and serve southeast Spain — Valencia, Alicante, Murcia, the Costa Blanca, and everything within roughly an hour's drive.
Is electrical work included?
We engineer, mount, and configure all technical infrastructure. High-voltage certified grid connections are coordinated via our licensed local electrician partners at transparent rates.
Do I need to be present during visits?
No. With key-safe or gate code access we complete all audits without you travelling to the property.
What happens if something breaks between scheduled visits?
Digital Core clients can call us out for emergency help at a reduced hourly rate. Finca Essential clients have one free emergency call-out per year included in their subscription. Absolute Elite clients receive an expedited emergency call-out for any failure — priority response, no extra charge.
Do you send a report after each on-site visit?
Finca Essential clients receive a digital report after their annual audit. Absolute Elite clients receive a premium report with photographs after every quarterly visit.
Is there a one-time setup fee?
A one-time onboarding assessment covers the initial site audit, system documentation, and plan configuration. The fee is quoted transparently at your first consultation.
