We fit a professional weather station that reads the actual conditions at your finca — wind speed, rainfall, temperature, UV levels. Your automated systems respond to what's really happening on your land, not what a forecast says for the nearest town 30 kilometres away.

Awnings and Pergolas That Look After Themselves

Your pergola louvres, roller blinds, or retractable awnings can close automatically when the wind picks up or rain starts — protecting your investment without you having to do anything, or even be there. They open again when conditions are fine.

Do I need to be technically minded to use the system?
Not at all. We build simple interfaces around how you actually live. If you can use a phone, you can use the system — and we walk you through it before we leave.
Can you automate my existing gate?
In most cases yes. We assess your gate motor during the site visit and connect it if possible. If it's too old or incompatible, we'll let you know and recommend a suitable replacement.
Do automations keep working without internet?
Yes. The automation hub runs entirely at your property. Your gate, awnings, lighting, and any scheduled routines all continue to work with no internet connection whatsoever.
Can you integrate my existing smart home devices?
Most likely yes. The platform we work with supports a huge range of brands and devices. We check compatibility during the site visit — bring a list and we'll tell you what's possible.
